1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, organisation, area of interest and message. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to measure how the site is used (see Cookies & analytics below). Our hosting and form providers may automatically process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to deliver and secure the site.

3. Cookies & analytics

When you first visit, we ask you to choose whether to allow analytics cookies. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google), with cookies, to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors arrive from, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data on our behalf, and Google may process it on servers outside Sri Lanka. We never use advertising cookies and we do not sell any data.

If you decline, no cookies are stored on your device. We still use privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement (via Google Consent Mode) that records only anonymous, aggregated information, which does not identify you or track you across other sites. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. 4. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential collaboration, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry without your consent.

5. Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the site: a form-handling service (Web3Forms) to deliver your message to us, a hosting provider (Vercel) to serve the site, and, where you consent, Google Analytics to measure site usage. These providers process data under their own terms, and your information may be processed or stored on servers outside Sri Lanka.

7. Data retention

We retain enquiry details only for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain any resulting relationship, after which we delete them. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email info@annfarglobal.com.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
